Woman, 42, found naked with 17 yo; facing multiple charges, police said

Montgomery County District Attorney Risa Vetri Ferman and Upper Pottsgrove Police Chief William Moffett announce the arrest of Iris Gibney, age 42, for Corruption of Minors, Disseminating Obscene Materials to a Minor, and Trespass by Motor Vehicle.
On November 15, 2014 at approximately 8:30 PM, an Upper Pottsgrove patrol officer observed two vehicles in Hollenbach Park after the park had closed. The officer found Gibney and a 17 year old male in one of the vehicles engaged in physical contact while both in the nude. Gibney and the victim both admitted to the officer that they were engaging in sexual activity.
Further investigation revealed that Gibney and the victim met at Pottsgrove High School while attending a school function. After their initial meeting, Gibney and the victim continued to communicate via Twitter, and on several occasions, Gibney sent nude photographs of herself to the victim using her cell phone.
Gibney was arraigned today before Magisterial District Justice Maurice H. Saylor, and bail was set at $50,000 unsecured. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for December 30, 2014 at 11:00 AM before Judge Saylor located at 1881 Swamp Pike, Gilbertsville, PA.
The case will be prosecuted by Assistant District Attorney Kristen Feden.
